How to Lose 10 Lbs in Several Hours.


Lets say you’re planning to go to the beach and you want to look more ripped or just 10 lbs lighter. It can be done in several hours believe it or not, but it isn’t actual fat its water weight. MMA fighters, boxers, and other athletes have been cutting weight the day before their weigh in for years, and even for photo shoots. Avoid loosing more than 10 – 12 lbs; anything over this can be harmful.

Eating and Drinking

Your body is constantly losing fluid by breathing, sweating and urination. You can lose up to 5-6 pounds in 24 hours without drinking or eating. You should avoid going over 24 hours without fluid. This can lead to problems. Try to consume 2 gallons of water a day for one week. Regular sodium (salt) consumed at this point will help in the last few hours. By increased water intake triggers hormones in the body to excrete more urine than usual. This response will be essential in losing fluid the day of your weight loss. Two days before your weight loss, cuts the fluid intake to one gallon of water, and cuts out the sodium from the diet. No fluids, or sodium, the day of the weight loss.

Sweating Weight Off


Next you will sweat out fluid from the body. It would be done the last day of the weight loss.This can be done in a number of ways, and can take off 5-10 pounds of weight in a short period of time depending on the conditions. This is a great method because even if the person is already lean, their will still be fluid that can be lost. Exercises such as running and jumping rope are the key to loosing weight; it depending on how quickly you need to lose the weight. Just remember not to overheat, and pay attention to your body.

How to do this?

You need to get a plastic suit or make one with garbage bags. You can also just wrap yourself in household plastic wrap. Then you would put on a few layers of cloths, remember to put on a hooded sweatshirt, this will help a lot. Wrap a towel around your neck and put up your hood. You are now ready to do your exercise. I prefer a treadmill, but anything that can get you sweating will do.

You can also use a sauna or hot bath or shower to lose fluid as well. A dry sauna is very good for weight loss. Don’t spend more than 15-30 minutes each time, and check your weight loss at each interval. Exercise in a sauna will allow you to loose more weight in less time than all the method alone.

Other Method

Another method to lose weight is to empty the bowels the day before. Your bowel movements contain moisture as well. This is another method that requires no effort. Your bowels, or stomach and intestines, are up to 28 feet long and contain up to 5-7 pounds of material at all times. Remember that the weight loss through this method doesn’t apply to water weight loss, so in addition to the 10 lbs of water weight you will be 15-17 lbs lighter if combining this method. This will not make you look leaner as with loosing water weight through restraining from fluid intake and exercise.

People also use drugs to loose water weight such as diuretics, which may require prescriptions. Some people use a natural diuretics known as Dandelion Root. Also I’ve heard that making tea from dandelion can act as a diuretic. Yes people also use laxatives as well but using this method will stop you from going to the beach etc. that was the whole purpose of this weight cut.

Putting it Back On

When you are cutting weight, blood volume decreases, and your blood pressure can increase as a result. Your resting heart rate can go up, and you can experience fatigue and feel psychologically weak. You should eat small meals at regular 30-minute intervals to put the weight back on. It is critical that you make sure you take in carbohydrates at this time to regain the proper blood sugar level. Firing a ton of food down immediately after is going to leave you feeling bloated and sick.

More importantly is getting the fluid balance back. You should immediately take in fluids. The goal is to see a clear urine stream before you know you are back. This can take 3-5 gallons of fluid over the next day to replace the weight lost. Don’t rely on the thirst response because it will not be accurate.

...wtf all the comments on this are completly wrong... first of all all the people who want to do this to look better is completly wrong cus the second you drink water your going to gain all the weight you lost back in 2 seconds, this is for fighters or wrestlers to do the very night before a tournament so they can weigh in lighter your not acually going to loose any weight from this if anything you'l acually hurt or kill yourself or gain a few pounds afterwords

This is for wrestling n fighting. But it does work only for them things. Dont try it n think u will stay that way. Truthfully i dont think kids should even think of it. But if u do want to try it for fightin n wrestling it works. Ive done it for couple cuts now n its great. I cut from 187 to 155 n by the next night n i get n the cage i way bout 180. Just be careful bc you might just pass out lol.
